Product Performance
UV protection, heat rejection, glare reduction, and other performance characteristics may vary depending on glass type, vehicle/building conditions, installation quality, and environmental factors.
Warranty
Warranty coverage, if applicable, is subject to the specific UV99 product purchased and the warranty terms provided at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, scratches, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
Appearance
Minor variations in shade, reflection, texture, or appearance may occur due to glass characteristics and installation conditions.
Care & Maintenance
Allow the recommended curing period after installation. Use only suitable, non-abrasive cleaning products. Avoid sharp objects or abrasive materials on the film.
Returns & Replacement
Returns or replacements are subject to the applicable purchase policy and must meet the required conditions. Installed film may not be eligible for return unless covered by an applicable warranty or product defect.
Regulatory Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected window-film shade and its use comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and vehicle/building requirements.
Limitation of Liability
UV99 shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow product-care instructions.
