Subject to the terms on your installer‑issued warranty record, coverage includes the film failures that matter most.
Adhesive or material failure lifting the film away from the glass surface.
Peeling, lifting or separation of the film from the mounted surface.
Colour shift or fade that moves beyond the published appearance tolerance.
More than a 10% drop in UV or published infrared rejection over the term.
Making a claim
If something covered goes wrong, the route to a resolution is short and documented. Your installer runs the claim from first contact to refitted film.
Reach out to the certified installer who fitted your film — their details sit on your warranty record.
Share your warranty number, installation date and clear photos of the affected area.
The installer checks the film against the coverage terms, on‑site or from your images.
Approved claims are put right with replacement film refitted — no charge for parts or labour.
Keeping these to hand lets the assessment happen without a second visit.
